We have frequent contact with companies and individuals in Germany, Spain, Holland, Argentina, United Arab Emirates, the United States that have put the eye in Uruguay and which have already begun working on several subjects with private companies, city halls ( Lavalleja, Treinta y Tres, Tacuarembo, Rivera and San Jose) on private and public projects, which have significantly improved the country's infrastructure.
We are offering real estate business off the track, so we are developing good contacts with the private and public sector of Uruguay. In a few days we will be sending newsletters to all our clients with the listing and conditions of private concessions and public procurement in order to participate in them at the appropriate time.
That's why I personally am in Uruguay at this time to coordinate foreign visitors for the month of remaining December, January and February 2011.
